No, there is only one for win98 FAT, but it is set for the full 4 megs space.
Could this be the problem? Do I have to reduce the amount of space alloted to
win98?

Left over from installing Win98? Maybe that is the problem. You may
have to delete them (but not the one where your win98 resides).
