Been away for a few days, so only just caught your message - if you've
already fixed it, apologies (460 emails in four days !!).

If not, the error simply means that the module was compiled by Creative
against a different kernel version to yours, so it's going to refuse to
load.

At http://www.whitem.demon.co.uk/sblive.htm you will find a copy of a post
that i sent in reply to someone elses problems when the driver first came
out. It includes full (?) instructions of what you should do to get it
working.
