Hi Sevatio. Because BootMagic sometimes has problems seeing partitions that were not created with P.M., as happened when you re-partitioned with Disk Druid.

Thanks!

Why do you think Bootmagic does not show Linux as one of the options before having to use the Advanced option?

Hi Sevatio. Just go the BootMagic Configuration utility in the Start Menu, click on Add, and select Linux. You may want to select the advanced button and choose the partition (root) where you installed Lilo, although that shouldn't be necessary.

My problem:Bootmagic only displays the win98 partition.

Here's what I've done:I used partition magic to make room for linux along side win98.  Then I used Disk-Druid during the installation process to make additional partitions over the linux-native partition created by partition magic.  Also along the way, the linux installation process asked to format the new partitions and I chose yes.

Question:How do I get bootmagic to display both the win98 and linux partition?

Sincerely, Sevatio
