He may have got that snippet of (mis)information from me !! A few days back
i posted a reply to someone saying that i didn't think the kernel upgrade
had an effect, just the initscripts upgrade.
Let me make a public apology and eat humble pie ;-) !! Last night the
problem started to re-appear on my machine, so it would appear the kernel
upgrade is indeed as you say very nesseccary. I just hope i don't loose my
SBLive in the process this time round.
Anyone know if the ISO image has been updated to include the kernel upgrade
or not ??
