Hello everyone: I would like to know how to configure and use the FBDev X server. I have a computer with the S3 Savage4 chipset, and it would be nice if I could run X on this machine (not the vga16-server). I also would like to know how to configure and enable a joystic under Mandrake. I have a Gravis Xterminator, and I compiled the driver into the kernel. Also tried compiling it as a module, but get the same result, the joypad doesn't work. The sound card with the joystic port is a Creative Ensoniq PCI 97. Could this be the problem? thanks
