RE: [newbie] Radeon 9000, xwindows and Mandrake 9.0

I had the same problem same card the first time I loaded 9.0. However, the second time around I did a clean install and went with the vesa driver which it defaulted to and it runs great. No tux racer etc but for normal stuff it works fine.
