yes it happened, if memory serves it was either win3.11 or 95a.. loading netscape would result in windows crash... Netscape and M$ had huge fights about it back then.
M$ is very very smart about going to court, if they decide to settle.. the first clause they add is "non disclousure" in other words, people don't even find out M$ fessed up.....
