I think the SupraMax 56i is also a software-modem. The call
it an HSP modem, but it's still a software modem. Check out
the minimum system requirements and it says "Microsoft
Windows 95/98 or Windows NT"
Sorry, but you got another WinModem. :-( Make sure any
modem you buy does ***NOT*** require Windows in any shape
or form!
