FINALLY, thanks to your instructions, and also many thanks to Open Sound
Systems for their driver which supports my sound card, I have RealPlayer
working perfectly. If anyone else is having problems with their sound
card, I suggest that you look into the drivers from OSS
(http://www.opensound.com/lynxos.html), and follow the instructions
given by Axalon Bloodstone for G2
I would still appreciate some help on getting UMP to work. If I download
a MIDI file, I can play it with Timidity. However, if I go to a web site
with MIDI files and click on one, I get the MIDI control panel, but
nothing else, and no sound.
