Someone can please help me to configure a scsi device ncr53c400a (that is used by my scanner HP 4p). I'm going to get crazy, I alredy tryed to add a module using kernelcfg (the module is NCR5380) but it didn't worked, I also tryed to use the command modprobe g_NCR5380 ncr_addr=0x0280 ncr_53c400a=1 but it says that the device is busy (I tryed this with the scanner on and off) and when I startup linux it have a message saying that no scsi device was found. Someone can help me with this problem?
