No, Direct Connect (neo-modus.com) is a p2p file-sharing system, similiar to a cross between kazaa and gnutella, but contains apparently (according to the neo-modus site) 3x the total size of files as KaZaa, Morpheus and Grockster combined (around 1 Petrabyte).
