Mail to root is currently sent to /var/spool/mail/postfix. I want to change this to another user so I have edited the line
root: . . postfix in /etc/postfix/aliases to root: . . newuser The docs say execute the command newaliases to update the aliases db. However here /usr/bin/newaliases is a symbolic link to /etc/alternatives/mta-newaliases and this does not exist. Can anyone suggest how I accomplish this please? -- Regards Pete Ardnamurchan Scotland
