In ML9.0 KDE I spent quite a bit of time tonight tweeking a lot of settings. I dont know exactly how I did it but I can no longer drag icons to move them or for that matter drag much of anything. I cant seem to figure out what I did or how to un do it. Anyone know how to fix my screwup?
