Try typing:
urpmi mozilla-spellchecker
It should then work (hopefully)
What version of mandrake and mozilla are you using anyway?

In a terminal as super user (root); urpmi mozilla-spellchecker-1.3-1mdk.i586.rpm
and you'll get what you need.
