I don't use initrd.img or vmlinuz at all in lilo. If you label each initrd.img and vmlinuz file with the correct version, and amend your lilo stanzas to match, you know withoug doubt that the correct version will be loaded. If you make changes, don't forget to run /sbin/lilo Anne
