After uncompressing a tar file, I then proceeded to read the intall file. The install file said to run ./configure, then make, and then make install. While trying to run ./configure, I got the following messages: ~ checking for working aclocal...missing checking...missing checking...missing checking ...missing ~ checking for gcc...no checking for cc...no configure: error: no acceptable cc found in $path What does this mean?
