thank you. i think i got it now. i was just kinda confused because i've looked at it before and it's never been that "full." ksim shows one, the memory shows another, and yeah, i can understand that it's cache-ing it and not diong any harm. i think i got it. the system moves fast enough and smooth enough for what i've got in here, so i think i'm diong ok. thanks again for the explanations!
