You are right, it is 9.2rc2 which is "Release Candidate 2", it is not final 
yet. On the MandrakeLinux web site there is a poll asking if they should use 
650MB iso or 700MB cause they can get more on the 700. Mentions a lot of good 
stuff left off, because KDE and Gnome grew, IIRC.  So If you want a complete 
and final OS wait a few more days/weeks and the 9.2 final will be released 
with all that the download version will have.  HTH
