Ouch, that removes all your media sources. If you've got a good
connection, go back to the plf site and choose a mirror for each of
main, contrib, and update, and also choose for plf. (Go ahead and do
texstar while you're at it.)

Then you issue each command (as root) that is printed at the bottom of
that screen--one at a time.

If you don't have a good connection, you might not want to use a mirror
for your main list. Sorry but I don't know how to add that back, but
it's been discussed here before--check the archives for adding cd back
as source.
