sounds like yer missing rpmdrake.

from the command line, do you even have the "rpm" command, or "urpmi"
(urpmi will only show up as root)?

try just running

rpm --version

then as root:

urpmi --help

if you have urpmi, great, just do:

urpmi rpmdrake
