Sorry LV I am still not sure what you are asking. If you want to stop internet access to all your interfaces then 'service network stop' will do that for you. Or did you mean you want to block port 80 in the firewall? I cannot comment on eth1 as I have no experience with Nvidia mobos. As for configuring eth0 for cable :- I think you will find that your cable supplier will require you to make eth0 DHCP. ( BOOTPROTO=dhcp in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0) Also some cable networks try to set your hostname for you.
