You can,
Just copy on the /home/<user>/.kde/Autostart/ directory files mades
executables (chmod +x <file name>) with scripts; for example, I start
xscreensaver with a file included in the mentioned directory, named:
start-xscreensaver.sh with the next script:

xscreensaver -nosplash
