Hi Marc, I tried downloading the file on the official K3B site but it is an Italian only site and the links didn't work.
I looked for the file on http://www.rpmseek.com and found out version 0.10.3 is a mandrake Cooker version - meaning it is not a stale relase. You might be experiencing some of the related issues.
