Ture - it just seems an odd thing to do. How can it prepare if it didn't actually download a package? Anyway, it's academic. I'll sort it out one way or another sometime today. The problems I'm having do not relate to just one cd. It has been single packages that can't be read, not the whole cd. It's not a major problem as the package can always be found elsewhere.
