You`d be best off with a src.rpm or better yet an original tarball. When you
have untarred it, look at the INSTALL, README files and other text files in
the base directory. Then see what options there are with ./configure --help
and you should be able to install the glibc 2.95 or 3.1 into different
directories then those in which your 3.2.3 is installed.

To check where MD 9.2 wrote all the 3.2.3 files, do (as root):

rpm -ql glibc

When you start the programme which requires availability of glibc 2.95 or
3.1 (I am assuming that`s why your asking), you may have to point it to the
paths where you installed 2.95 or 3.1
