A couple of weeks ago I was complaining loudly about the same thing, but it's settled down again. The only answer is to swear at sympa and post again - although there are a number of words that should be avoided in the subject line because sympa thinks you are giving it a command. You could always re-send the message with a different subject line, to see if it helps.
