[newbie] Soundblaster Audigy and MDK 10

I can't get sound from my Soundblaster Audigy sound card since I 
installed MDK 10. Anybody else have this problem and found a solution?

I'm sure others have discussed this problem on this list, but I can't 
find a searchable archive -- is there one?
