Had a moment and reinstalled. OO works fine up until the time I get the NVidia 
drivers working. Used the .run from the NVidia site. Now it comes up with a 
transparent screen. Nothing in the logs to give me a hint. So we keep messing 
with it until I break it. Will post any happy results
