Hoyt look in the contrib directory of any mirror for the release version 
you're running, add that mirror to your software source manager, then just 
run;

urpmi mplayerplugin [Enter]

and you should be good to go. You'll need the real and win32 codecs too I 
think so I hope that you have a plf source defined. That's where you find 
such things usually.

BTW for Mandrake 10 Community and therefore cooker that isn't the latest 
version of the plug-in:

file:/store/Mandrake-devel/contrib/i586/mplayerplugin-1.0-0.pre2.1mdk.i586.rpm

For the specific version of the plug-in you asked about you'll have to look at 
the mplayer project home page. Maybe. But for certain you'll want to read the 
security alert posted there:
