Hoyt look in the contrib directory of any mirror for the release version you're running, add that mirror to your software source manager, then just run; urpmi mplayerplugin [Enter] and you should be good to go. You'll need the real and win32 codecs too I think so I hope that you have a plf source defined. That's where you find such things usually. BTW for Mandrake 10 Community and therefore cooker that isn't the latest version of the plug-in: file:/store/Mandrake-devel/contrib/i586/mplayerplugin-1.0-0.pre2.1mdk.i586.rpm For the specific version of the plug-in you asked about you'll have to look at the mplayer project home page. Maybe. But for certain you'll want to read the security alert posted there: http://www.mplayerhq.hu/homepage/design6/news.html Regards; Charlie - -- Edmonton,AB,Canada User #244963 at http://counter.li.org It is exactly because a man cannot do a thing that he is a proper judge of it. -- Oscar Wilde -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.3 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFAbFXGZqvqlrLPr5YRAkFbAJoC/WilHJfdwvWG03uVXsQXqpf7KwCeNlm9 omPSNOg+f0vhf2nkXSXtOcM= =O6Qk -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
