I am using - or, trying to use - MandrakeUpdate. When I run it, I keep getting this error: Unable to add medium, errors reported: ...retrieving failed: curl failed: exited with 9 or signal 0 retrieval of source hdlist ( or synthesis ) failed no hdlist file found for medium "update source" problem reading synthesis file or medium "update_source" I click on OK and it tells me that the list of updates is empty. What does all this mean? And, how do I fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
