Certainly ! - As far as I can see everyone is entering ftp.proxad.net right now. It's almost a DOS attack. I tried just now to enter it in order to construct a script that could help you, but with no luck. So I can't send it right now, sorry. But proxad is in France, so if you wait a few hours most europeans have gone to bed, which supposedly opens a "window" for you. On the other hand, adding a media by hand isn't that hard : Browse to some mirror with your wanted rpms, dig down to the directory called RPMS and enter it. Copy the address line from your browser. Open a terminal, su to root, give password and type : urpmi.addmedia <whatsoever> <paste with your middle mouse button/wheel> then, go back to your browser, go to a parent directory called "base". If that directory is, say two levels above the RPMS directory, then add this to your teminal line : with ../../base/hdlist.cz so the line in the root terminal becomes : urpmi.addmedia <whatsoever> <paste with your middle mouse button/wheel> with ../../base.hdlist.cz (these two lines have to become one line in the terminal). Finally, run this line by pressing <enter>. Now, you have a new source defined and can use it from "install/update software". All this can be accomplished from the "Manage Sources" as well, but then you probably won't get to grips with the general idea.
