Hello Friends, I have a new notebook.
1) Its monitor resolution is 1280 * 800 ( 15,4 inch wide screen ). But when I configure X while installing Mandrake 10,0 , There was no such a resolution choice. So I chose 1024 * 768 . It works , but how can I configure the original resolution. 2) Modem is onboard ( sis 7013 etc. ) . On Win XP it seems as "Smartlink 56K Modem " . A few years ago I got such a modem to work somehow under Linux. But I forgot . Could anyone help me ?? Any help is appreciated. Best Regards.. H. ERTAS
