I also thought of that but it seems it's much easier to just simple call the phpSysinfo-Page - otherwise the users have to "login" to the box - I just simply >know< that they prefer the easiest way to gain that sort of information... BTW for the moment I can' figure out why its not possible to login to the box via VNC although tightVNC-Server is running...
