I'm guessing it's a non-atapi CDROM. Probably connected to
the sound card. My suggestion would be to pull that and get
an IDE card with a separate BIOS on it which will enable
you to use an IDE CDROM. Alternatively, you can get an
inexpensive SCSI card and a SCSI CDROM.
