Is there some specific software to write FAQs?

Where do you want to publish them? If you want them on a website, you could try Mozilla Composer (part of the standard Mozilla package) - you can write your own HTML in it, or use the WYSIWYG, so it's good for HTML newbies. If you want to produce your FAQs on paper, try scribus - a DTP program, fairly easy to use.
