You could dpo an ftp install, which only downloads the packages you select for 
install.  You basically boot from a floppy image, point the installer to an 
ftp repository (list is available at mandrakelinux.com) adn sit back and 
wait.  You can also do a base install from the 1st iso.  Starting with 10.1, 
you will be able to install using all the iso images.

The other option is to order a cheap set of disks from someplace liek 
cheapbytes.
