I haven't installed that, so I have to guess, but that's almost certainly where you can put something to make it look as though you are running IE. There are a few really badly designed sites that simply won't let you in if you are running something else, and they mostly read the browser identification. Some mail apps, like Firefox, allow you to have more than one identification, I understand, and switch between them.
