I keep a local mirror of all the Mandrake / Club / PLF / etc RPMs on my USB2
drive, and have these defined as Local Sources in urpmi. While there are
fancy sync tools to automate the process, I just fire up gftp every week or
so and use its compare function to grab the latest updates. The advantage
for me is that I maintain a number of Mandrake boxes for my family, and doing
upgrades becomes a simple process of plugging teh drive into theri machine
and updating their sources.
