Ignore the 'need for it to be bootable' - that's what got me. It's a main menu entry, I think, almost certainly 'Burn and Image' (which I had totally misunderstood before this) and that image takes the iso file and explodes it into everything you need to do the installation, including all you need to boot from the disk.
