I presume this is in Konqueror, so I'd go to kcontrol (Configure Your Desktop) > Look and Feel > Fonts and experiment there with sizes. If everything is too small you may need to check your setup (in Mandrake Control Center) of your monitor and your video card - you may be seeing too high a resolution.
