Actually there are two more lists after the ones that Anne was kind
enough to point out to you. Fourth is the "Pizza" list. Start by
selecting the largest pizza listed and choose to install that. Fifth is
the "Beer" list. While waiting for the "Pizza" list to finish, select
the proper "beers" according to your taste. Make sure you enjoy both the
"pizza" list and "beer" list as you happily reboot your MDK box and
customise it to your liking. Do not mount the "pizza" over your keyboard
- ditto with the "beer". That could ruin your keyboard and mouse.
