If you go into the KDE Control Centre, there's a GUI config under Security. KWallet is an interactive password tool, it integrates with KDE applications that require passwords, like konqueror and kopete, remembering all your passwords for you and filling them in as needed, so you only have to remember one master password. It also stores form completion data, and pretty much anything else the app programmer wants it to. Note, the app designer has to code to use it.
