I am using Mandrake 10.1 Official Download version. This is a fresh install. I've already tested this in two different machines (all running mdk10.1). After inserting my USB flash drive, for some reason Konqueror won't open anymore. To revert back, I just logout from X session, unplug the flash disk, then I can open Konqueror again. I think this is a bug.
