Now 'urpmi parchive2' and you'll be able to use it (par2) to repair corrupted or missing .par's .... if you also have the par2 files for the archive.
Another hint: 'urpmi file-roller' for a good GUI for handlin rar's. You will need to copy or link /usr/bin/unrar to /usr/bin/rar as file roller looks for a 'rar' binary.
