Hi folks!
I have installed Mandrake Linux 6.1
correctly...BUT
Under Windows 98, my SoundBlaster is configured as IRQ 5, DMA
1 and 5.
When the system boots under Linux, I always get the following
message:
"Do not know what to do with CONFIGURE CTL
0028/2249460 (LD2 on or around line 352 -/etc/isapnp.conf:352 - FATAL- Error
occurred parsing config file - no action taken"
When Linux is running, I use sndconfig but to no avail... it
is impossible to have the sounds (for the system running), even if the audio CD
plays...I guess that is because it is pluggend into the
SoundBlaster.
Does someone have an idea to correct the problem?
p.s. I am really new to Linux....
