Hi, Ronald,
Thanks for the reply. In my /boot directory, there's System.map ->
System.map-2.2.13-7mdk, which I assume was put in there when I upgraded
from Mandrake 5.3 to 6.1. Since then, I've recompiled an smp kernel
2.1.132. This was from the normal kernel source downloaded from
www.kernel.org, and not a special mdk kernel source. I'm running this
smp kernel 2.1.132, but I don't have a /boot/System.map-2.1.132. Is it
critical to have one? Thanks,
