Question: What do you mean "drive D reserved for Linux"?
Ideally the partition you are gonna install into should not be
defined at all (Linux will do the partitioning for you).

do you already have NT on drive e:?

If it is necessary to keep the drive letter for the NT, then
I believe you will have to use WinLinux or one of the
others that will install on a FAT16 partition.

Need more info????
