boot and that's great! Except after logging in it takes me to the safemode
(whatever it's called). Xwindows with a single xterm displayed instead of
the selected window manager. This all worked fine prior to the
upgrade. I *can* type 'startkde &' in the xterm and everything starts
up, but I'd like it to work properly.
