[newbie] Installing Mandrake over network

Hi, I've got a notebook (IBM TP 380E) without a cdrom but a 100 Mbit PCMCIA network card and a floppy, I want to install Linux Mandrake over a ftp server (in my local network) I created two bootdisks (installer and pcmcia module disk) but in the installation procedure when asking me for a driver for my pcmcia-nic, i cant find any driver ... isnt there a standard driver or so for my card avaible ?
