Sorry if this is a tired thread, but for some reason or another my P133/64M box seems to run just as fast if not faster than my Mom's new W98se K62-500/64M box. She got a Compaq "Internet PC" w/ a ton of rebates for about US$350 w/ printer/monitor/speakers. It's already crashed twice. My Linux-Mandrake 6.1 box has been up since well b4 she got this thing (complete w/ a Winmodem, built in SRAM video and sound). One would think that w/ such a fat processor almost any computer would blaze. Well, I'm not jealous, but my box would really kick some ass w/ 500mhz processor. Just a thought... can't afford the upgrade as of now. -Josh Atlanta, GA
